Hello! My name is Givi and I'm a self-taught semi-professional artist from Anzoátegui, Venezuela. I specialize in cute 2D digital art, illustration, and character design.
I'm currently studying at a local university, so I'm a full-time student and freelance artist. I love drawing all sorts of cute and cuddly things in pastel colors, beautiful and adorable girls, lots of bunnies, and fun, dynamic characters.

What software and tools do you use for your digital art?: My primary tools include Paint Tool Sai 2 and occasionally Clip Studio Paint. I work with an XP-PEN Star 06C drawing tablet, finding it quite intuitive.
What canvas sizes do you typically work with?: Depending on the level of detail required, my canvas sizes vary from 1000px to 4000px. I often opt for a standard size of 3000x3000px at 300dpi.
Are you planning to share your brush settings or provide tutorials?: While I don't currently offer video tutorials, I share art tips on my Discord server, "Givi's Café," and Telegram channel. I'm also planning carrd template giveaways in the near future.
Are you open to artistic collaborations and art trades?: Yes, I'm open to collaborations and art trades (check my AT status), especially with fellow artists who are in my mutual circle. Please reach out to discuss further.

Can I use your non-commissioned art?: Yes, you're welcome to use my non-commissioned art for PERSONAL and non-profitable purposes like wallpapers and profile pictures. Please ensure to retain the watermark and provide appropriate credit.
What about using your art for commercial purposes?: For commercial use, including products, merchandise, and advertisements, we would need to discuss details and pricing, but you'd need to acquire a commercial use licence from me. Proper credit and compensation are important to me in such cases.

Before commissioning me, please, carefully check my Terms of Service to get all the necessary information. It’s crucial for you to read them as you’ll automatically be accepting my terms upon your purchase. I will not be held responsible for your own misconception if you, the client, did not read the terms of service.
- You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art, my work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a full-size illustration via email along with a smaller, watermarked version in a .zip folder. For Commercial projects, different rules might apply.
- A subtle watermark will typically be present on the artwork, unless it's a Commercial project.
- I reserve the right to decline a request based on behavior or feasibility.
- Please refrain from requesting a different artistic style; commissions are based on my unique approach.
- While I might tweak color palettes slightly, please indicate if you wish to stick to the original reference colors.
- Be aware that minor differences might exist between my gallery samples and the final illustration due to my evolving style.
- Your satisfaction relies on ensuring that your request suits my style. Feel free to explore my gallery for inspiration and consult the "Do's and Do Not" section for more guidance.
- Purchasing my services implies agreement with my Terms of Service, including the commitment not to request a PayPal chargeback.
- When using or showcasing the commissioned art, it's important to credit me (my user, @givilovelybean, or link to my socials/carrd).
- As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. I may use it for self-promotion, crediting you as the owner, unless stated otherwise before the commission.
- For personal use commissions, I might share process images on platforms like Patreon, ko-fi, or my discord for educational purposes.
- Reproduction on products necessitates a Commercial Use License.
- Removing watermarks/signatures or taking credit for the art is not permitted.
- The use of my creations in blockchain technologies, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions is prohibited.
- If you prefer the artwork not to be shared online for personal commissions, specify this in the "Other" section of the form.
- The created work is intended for personal or private use unless both parties agree otherwise.
- WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?
- Level 1 - When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product: In this case, the prices will not change and the commercial use fee is included.
- Level 2 - When the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it: In this case, the prices will have a commercial use fee of 200% in order to purchase the Commercial Use license. With this, you can choose to remove all watermarks and ask me for the layered file in PSD format.
- WHAT IS NOT COMMERCIAL USE?
Examples: promotional material, game assets, business cards, etc; personal and non-profitable content for streaming platforms.
Examples: Content for DIRECTLY PAID platforms, and products such as body pillows, postcards, prints, merchandise, etc.
Using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites, your personal projects, or entertainment, using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room.
- Non-requested payments will be declined and refunded. Payment is contingent on form completion and commission discussion.
- Payment is requested when I'm ready to begin your commission. Payment structure includes half upon sketch/concept approval, and the remaining half at 80% completion or full payment upon clean sketch approval only for orders above $50, all under that price must be paid full once the clean sketch is approved.
- Avoid sending payments through "friends and family" or labeling them as "commission" on PayPal to prevent account issues.
- Payment is expected within 5 days of the payment request. Extensions are available with prior communication.
- Expressing appreciation through Ko-fi tips is welcomed, and over $10 donors receive special rewards. You can also share your thoughts through the provided review link.
- After getting yourself familiar with my Terms of Service, fill out the form you'll find HERE and send it to my email [email protected].
- Wait for my answer so we can discuss any details if needed. I will usually reply in the span of 72 hours, but if I'm swamped it might take me longer.
- If I accept your request, you'll be put on my waiting list (Depending if I have ongoing requests or not). No payment is needed until I contact you to let you know it's your turn.
- If it’s a lengthy project that’s hard to explain through a form, please let me know a few details of your project so I can tell you if I'm interested or if I'll be able to take the work.
- What kind of project is it? (Game, book, etc.)

- How many illustrations would you need for your project approximately?
- Do you already have a design for the character/s or should I create that too?
- Do you have any specific nearby deadlines?
- Feel free to include any other info that you consider useful for me to understand what you’re looking for.
- Once I receive the payment I will try to finish your commission ASAP, however, please be patient with me. The estimated waiting time is two-three weeks from the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the waiting time will increase. Check my waiting list or send me a message whenever you want a status update.
- The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months (in the worst-case scenario, which is not the usual because I tend not to accept payments of commissions I can’t make, but it may happen if I’m short on time, I’m also a college student).
- I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
- If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. I’ll let you know if I can give you priority.
- After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
- During the clean sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture).
- After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per change.
- Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.
- If the case is that you give me certain creative freedom during the commission, I can make two more important changes before the lineart stage.
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds unless there’s a very, very good reason.
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after the artwork is confirmed and delivered, by that time the request will have been consulted and revised several times with the client (You).
- If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
